CHROME DIOPSIDE

Diopside is a calcium and magnesium silicate mineral that is found in various areas of the world.  If chromium impurities are present, it can be utilized to make the gemstone known as chrome diopside.  When you first lay your eyes on this beautiful gemstone, its deep green hue, and glitter definitely stand out more than that of any of its gemstone competitors.  At first glance, you would think it is a pricey, high-quality gemstone. You would be correct about the quality, however, the price is far lower than that of stones like tsavorite, tourmaline, and emerald.

RUBIES

Rubies have a romantic feel to them.  Perhaps this is due to their stunning red rose color.  It has become a symbol of love, sophistication, and royalty.  Speaking of love, it is the traditional gemstone gift for the 15th and 40th wedding anniversaries. Ruby is also the birthstone of July and is one of the four precious gemstones.  Ancient Indians used to call rubies the "King of precious stones".  Rubies have the ability to display two colors depending on the angle at which they are viewed.

AMETHYST

Amethyst is the stone of choice for lovers of the color purple.  Amethyst only comes in this color.  This gem can be found in very large sizes without any blemishes.  It can be cut into almost any shape.  The Greeks used to cut the stone into cups to drink from.  It can be a part of virtually any type of jewelry.  Sometimes it can be found fused with citrine, together they make up the gemstone known as ametrine.  Throughout generations, royals have enjoyed using the stone to reflect their status.   Amethyst is the birthstone for February.

TOPAZ

Topaz is one of the largest crystals on Earth.  It is very rare for them to have imperfections.  The most expensive topaz is yellow in color and is called Imperial Topaz.  This particular stone celebrates the 23rd anniversary.  Blue is the most popular color and one of the most abundant on the market.  Blue topaz is the gemstone for the 4th anniversary.  The gem can be found all over the world.
