For the last month I've been busy every weekend. I've been walking new shows I recently heard about to see if my client would attend, and in so I've been making decisions if I should try to apply for next year as well. If I wasn't walking a show I was with my mom, prepping setup for the shows I hope to attend.
Peridot is the birthstone for the month. It is unique in that it is one of the few gems that come in one color. My grandmother was always the life of the party, and just like her Peridot sparkles with life. I have yet to find one that is dull, and it doesn't take much light at all to make one shine.
Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of Philly" edition has arrived! Sincerely Ginger Jewelry has a placement in the issue. Take a look at the short video I recorded to show you.
I had no idea pinwheels have been around for such a long time...dating back to 400 B.C.! They are often used in Chinese New Year celebrations, as a wish and hope that all have good luck and fortune. I wanted to create a piece of jewelry that was a different type of charm than what most people see time and time again. In my research I came across the pinwheel, which means to "turn one's luck around".
