Turning Luck Around with Pinwheels and a Bit of Inspiration

I had no idea pinwheels have been around for such a long time...dating back to 400 B.C.! They are often used in Chinese New Year celebrations, as a wish and hope that all have good luck and fortune. I wanted to create a piece of jewelry that was a different type of charm than what most people see time and time again. In my research I came across the pinwheel, which means to "turn one's luck around".
