General Jewelry Questions

All of the items are made with love in the Philadelphia area. Except for one-of-a-kind pieces, which are made ahead of time, each piece is created on an individual basis as requested.

Because white gold takes more upkeep, I primarily use it for bespoke jewelry and heirloom redesign. White gold has a yellow hue, thus plating is used to make it whiter. Please email info@sincerelygingerjewelry.com to discuss the piece(s) you want in white gold.

The majority of the rings can be custom-sized at no additional cost. If you require a ring in a size that is not presently available, please contact us at info@sincerelygingerjewelry.com. Please bear in mind that some one-of-a-kind rings, due to their design, will need to be rebuilt instead of resized.

Custom jewelry can be designed in gold (10k to 24k), platinum, and palladium.  Visit the Custom Jewelry Design page for more information about custom designs.

Before showering, swimming, or exercising, it is advised that you remove all jewelry. Perfumes and other cosmetics may damage the jewelry over time. Corrosive chemicals, harsh chemicals, abrasives, and ammonia-based cleaners can all irreversibly harm your jewelry. Soaking jewelry over an extended period of time can damage metals and gemstones, particularly fragile or porous materials like pearls. Certain gemstones may fracture or break when exposed to hot water. If a piece of jewelry requires particular care, cleaning instructions will be included with your piece. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Affirm, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Meta Pay.

Shipping is free on all domestic orders. All orders are processed pending credit card verification. All orders require a signature upon delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Sincerely Ginger Jewelry is not certified to write appraisals for customers. The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers can assist you in acquiring a professional appraiser for your jewelry. Contact us if you wish to have your jewelry appraised and a Certificate of Purchase will be supplied to you, detailing the piece(s) purchased. Be sure to provide us with your name, invoice number, and product information.

Warranty

All jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Sincerely Ginger Jewelry LLC. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Sincerely Ginger Jewelry LLC automatically voids the warranty. It is recommended to purchase jewelry insurance through Jewelers Mutual Group to protect against loss, damage or theft.  This insurance offers more protection than a traditional renters or homeowners insurance policy.  The contact email in reference to the warranty is info@sincerelygingerjewelry.com.

This is not a replacement plan.  The replacement of diamonds and other gemstones are not covered in the warranty.  It does not cover excessive or abusive treatment other than normal wear and tear, therefore it is at the discretion of Sincerely Ginger Jewelry LLC.  The warranty covers the re-tipping of prongs, ring sizing, prong/stone tightening, stone resetting, and the repair of settings.  The piece is eligible for a free refinishing and polishing each year.  Any work performed by a jeweler other than Sincerely Ginger Jewelry LLC automatically voids this warranty.  This warranty is not an insurance policy. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and non-returnable for custom jewelry and one-of-a-kind pieces.  We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry.  Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a full refund.  For all returns and exchanges, please email info@sincerelygingerjewelry.com.  You will be credited in full.  We suggest you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process.  We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Sincerely Ginger Jewelry.  We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges.
