FAQ
Where is your jewelry created ?
All pieces are made in the Philadelphia area. Each piece is created on an individual basis as ordered, except for one-of-a-kind pieces which are made ahead of time.
I see you have pieces made out of yellow and rose gold. Do you create jewelry in white gold?
White gold requires more maintenance, which is why I mostly use it for bespoke jewelry and heirloom designs. Because white gold has a yellow tinge, plating is applied to make it more white. Contact info@sincerelygingerjewelry.
The majority of the rings can be custom sized at no extra charge. The lead time might range from 4-6 weeks. If you need a ring in a size that is not currently available, email info@sincerelygingerjewelry.com. Please keep in mind that some one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be adjusted due to their design.
How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?
This varies from piece to piece. The typical time frame is noted in the description section for each item. All one-of-a-kind pieces will ship within 2 days of ordering. Custom jewelry usually takes 6-8 weeks for overall production.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Complementary gift wrapping comes free with all orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Layaway is available for custom orders. Financing is available, if needed, through various companies. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Meta Pay.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is free on all domestic orders. All orders are processed pending credit card verification. All orders require a signature upon delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment. We are unable to ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Shipping for non-domestic orders are paid in full by the customer. We are not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
Do you write appraisals?
Sincerely Ginger Jewelry is not certified to write appraisals for customers. The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers can assist you in acquiring a professional appraiser for your jewelry. Contact us if you wish to have your jewelry appraised and a Certificate of Purchase will be supplied to you, detailing the piece(s) purchased. Be sure to provide us with your name, invoice number, and product information.
