FAQ – Sincerely Ginger Jewelry

FAQ

Where is your jewelry made?

All pieces are made with love in the heart of Philadelphia. Each piece is made on an individual basis in the studio as ordered, except for one-of-a-kind pieces which are made ahead of time.

How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?

If you order a piece that is not commissioned or one-of-a-kind, the usual timeframe is two to three weeks.  Allow for extra time during the holiday season.

What is the best way to clean the jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is supplied with a mini Sunshine cloth. Gently scrubbing with warm, soapy water, is the best way to clean your jewelry. The Sunshine cloth will add an extra touch in polishing up your piece afterward.

What is the best way to store the jewelry?

Store in a cool, dry, shaded place. Make sure your jewelry is clean before storage. Many people find it best to store their pieces in mini plastic zipper bags piece by piece.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, I am able to make the piece of jewelry you have been envisioning!  Take a look at the Custom Jewelry page for more details on the process.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Complementary gift wrapping comes free with all orders.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is free on all domestic orders. All orders are processed pending credit card verification. All orders require a signature upon delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment. We are unable to ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Shipping for non-domestic orders are paid in full by the customer.  We are not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.

Do you write appraisals?

Sincerely Ginger Jewelry is not certified to write appraisals for customers. The National Association of Jewelry Appraisers can assist you in acquiring a professional appraiser for your jewelry. Contact us if you wish to have your jewelry appraised and a Certificate of Purchase will be supplied to you, detailing the piece(s) purchased.
