All sales are final and non-returnable for custom jewelry, one-of-a-kind pieces, and the Dancing Diamond Sun Necklace.  For all other orders, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry.  Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a full refund.  For all returns and exchanges, please emailinfo@sincerelygingerjewelry.com.  You will be credited in full.  We suggest you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process.  We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Sincerely Ginger Jewelry.  We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges.
