Greetings!
These last few weeks I've been very busy. First and foremost I'd been prepping everything needed for the upcoming show in December. Having said that, today I received the news that the event has been canceled due to the pandemic. The organization hosting the event, Capital Craft Fairs, has rolled me over into the spring show, March 26-28. The show will be in the same location. I've updated the information on the Facebook event page.
If you live in the New England area, and happen to know of any fine art and craft shows in the summer, please let me know. I already know about Artrider. With a lot of these shows, many are rolling over folks from this past summer due to Covid.
At the end of October I received a message via Instagram from a local award-winning photographer, John Ryan of J&J Studios. He was planning on doing a photoshoot in the beginning of November and wanted to use my jewelry in it. The photoshoot was to promote not only his business, but local businesses as well who supplied their services to the shoot. The couple picked for the engagement and wedding shoot were real-life couple, Hollie and Evan. John said he does approximately four mock shoots a year and always picks people that are actual couples. He said that he plans on using my jewelry again in the future.
Below is a video I put together of the photoshoot.
